How it works

  1. Register — pick your path: visitor, award applicant or guest of honor. LinkedIn-verified signup.
  2. AI Q&A — award applicants complete a short, category-scoped AI interview.
  3. Share — get your personal link & share card, post it on LinkedIn/Facebook, collect verified votes.
  4. Judging — the judges board reviews profiles; the board finalizes (70% public / 30% board, veto-aware).
  5. Winners — approved, audited, announced. Winners get shareable badges & cards.
